CATERING PRICING


 

There is a $500 minimum for catered pizza events occurring between October - April, and a $700 minimum during our busy season between May - September.  This allows us to cover the basic costs/time investments of running an event of any size.

 

Pricing for pizza is based on the number of guests you are expecting.  The following chart outlines our standard pricing for 2 hours of an endless pizza buffet with 4 varieties of pizza.


 

The above pricing includes the required number of staff to serve you, heavy duty paper plates and disposable service ware, all the required tables for serving, tents for the food prep/buffet area, serving dishes and utensils, and table linens.


Add any additional varieties of pizza for $125 per variety (up to 6 varieties total). Plain “cheese” or “pepperoni/cheese” pizza will be included in all buffets and will not count towards the 4-6 additional varieties.


Pricing for appetizers, salads, side dishes and desserts can be found on our menu. These items will be charged on a per serving basis as indicated on our menu.


A destination fee, based on mileage, applies to events 30 miles or more from Dolores, CO. The fee is $1.00/mile to cover fuel and driving time.


Depending on your specific menu and duration of the event, additional staffing fees may be applied at an hourly rate of $25/hour per staff.

 

Our pricing does NOT include servers for passed hors d’oeuvres, setting up tables for guests, bussing, bartending, or washing dishes/glassware.  Please let us know if you are interested in adding these services.  


Local sales tax will be applied to the final bill.


​Gratuity:  We believe that the client should make the determination whether to give a gratuity or not.  We suggest an industry standard of 15-18%.  You can make your own determination as to how much you would like to give based on our professional, friendly and timely service.  Any gratuity given will go directly to the service staff.  Please let us know if it makes it easier for you if we include a gratuity on your invoice.

Cash, Check or Credit Card are all welcome forms of payment.  Please note there is a 3% service charge when using a credit card.
